Sinopsis

Through the voices of its protagonists, this book examines the migratory phenomenon of the caravans that left Honduras and El Salvador, heading northward. The stories of the Central American migrants who participated in the caravans allow us to shed light on their migration strategies and experiences in transit through Guatemala and Mexico. In addition, this book offers a detailed and historical analysis of the migration policies of the United States and Mexico in relation to Central American mobility and in response to the particularities of caravan migration.
